that thing has a pretty beefy sr20det in it... it's this dude named mike's car, he is the guy who runs clearcorners.com
he did a custom headlight housing and led conversion on practically everything that lights up in that car... seriously one of the cleanest 240's i've ever seen personally.
also those are chuki side skirts oem, with type x front end and type x rear valence, with lastly JUN fender flares. and to guess the tires, i'd say they are probably falken azenis.
